Website - Keeping Your website Safe - Security Settings Update

As part of our ongoing website security management are making 2 changes to how we look after your website.
(a) we will use Cloudflare to manage nameservers for all domains where we manage the website.
This enables clients to have enhanced security features on their sites such as a cloud firewall, management of DDOS attacks and other features such as worldwide caching to speed up a website. Some of these enhancements come at an extra cost which the team will be happy to discuss with you. Crucially using Cloudflare to manage domain name servers gives us increased options to resolve any issues when they arise and keep your website safe and available to your customers 24/7.
(b) We are offering enhanced plans to minimise exposure to malicious traffic that could affect your site. For any client taking the Sucuri Cloud Firewall Option this includes a free malware removal service. For the existing free firewall and paid Wordfence firewall option, the future cleaning of malware for websites will be chargeable.

For clients where Travel Marketing Systems ‘TMS’, does not manage the domain (renewals) we will request a Name Server change so we can manage the website domain records on Cloudflare. There is no additional cost for this.
This does not affect your ownership of the domain and you will still be responsible for the renewals of your domain. If you would like us to be responsible for the management of your domain including ensuring automatic renewals/invoices then we can facilitate a full domain transfer to our management. This would not affect your legal ownership of the domain – we simply act as managers of your domain.
No action is required on your part. TMS will automatically add your nameservers to Cloudflare. For our records – please complete and submit the form on this page
Once your domain nameservers are set to Cloudflare any domain record that you want to add/amend will need to be done by the support team at TMS.
At the end of any hosting/support contract with us (eg if you wish to manage your website using another company ), you will simply need to change your nameservers back to the default ones provided by your domain manager (eg GoDaddy / 123-Reg etc.) and full control of your domain is then returned to you. As part of our client care programme, we will always help you do this if required at the end of any contract.
